Locksmith services for Jacksonville businesses
From a single storefront on Beach Boulevard to an office park off Baymeadows Road or a warehouse on the Westside, we keep commercial doors opening, closing and locking the way they should. We handle emergency lockouts too.
- Business lockouts. Damage-free entry to offices, shops and warehouses, with rekeying on the same visit if keys went missing.
- Commercial rekeying. New keys for your existing locks after a move, a lost key or a staff change.
- Master key systems. One key for managers, one for each office, and a plan for who opens what.
- Panic bar, exit device and door closer repair. Exit doors that latch, open with one push and close at a safe speed.
- Commercial lock installation. Commercial-grade deadbolts, levers, mortise locks and cylinders.
- Door lock repair. Sticking, worn and misaligned locks fixed before they strand you.
We also unlock and replace file cabinet and desk locks, and install padlocks, gate locks and trailer locks, including alarmed padlocks.
A lockout is an emergency for a business too
When your team is standing in the parking lot, every minute costs you. We treat business lockouts as emergencies and get to you as fast as we can. We open doors without breaking glass or prying frames, and we work on every level of security: knobs, levers, deadbolts, mortise locks and the narrow deadlocks found on glass storefront doors. Typical arrival: Most of Jacksonville in 20–45 minutes.
Rekey, change or upgrade?
Most commercial lock problems come down to one of these choices, and we'll tell you honestly which one you need:
- Keep the locks, change the keys. If your hardware is in good shape, we rekey it so old keys stop working. It's the fastest and lowest-cost way to regain sole access to your space.
- Replace worn or low-grade locks. Busy doors need commercial-grade hardware. Residential locks on a business door wear out quickly. You choose the security level and finish, or we install hardware you've already bought.
- Add locks and cylinders. New doors, new offices and new storage rooms get fresh installations keyed to your system.
We install and service locks from Mul-T-Lock, Schlage, Medeco, Baldwin, Yale, Kwikset and other trusted brands, from basic cylinder locks and deadbolts to high-security cylinders with restricted keys. Our lock installations are backed by a 5-year money-back guarantee.
Key control after staff changes
Most commercial spaces have had a lot of hands on the keys: past tenants, former employees, cleaners and contractors. If you can't account for every key, you can't be sure who can walk in. We help you:
- rekey after someone leaves without returning a key,
- move to restricted keys that can't be copied at a hardware store,
- set up a master key system with a written key log, and
- cut the right number of spares for managers and an off-site backup.
Exit doors and the fire code
Panic bars and door closers are life-safety equipment. Florida's fire code requires panic hardware on many latched exit doors where people gather, and fire doors must close and latch on their own. We repair and replace exit devices and closers so your doors work in an emergency and pass inspection. See exit device and door closer repair.
For property managers and landlords
Unit turnovers, lost tenant keys, lockbox codes and common-area doors all add up. See our page for property managers and realtors for how we handle turnover rekeys and multi-unit work.
How we work with businesses
We show up when we say we will, quote before we start, and leave the door working. You get the full price on the phone before we drive out, and we confirm it before any work starts. You get an itemized invoice that matches your quote, with no surprise fees. We've secured more than 276 homes and businesses.
Where we work
We serve businesses across Jacksonville and nearby, including Southside, Mandarin, San Marco, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach. Our blog has an office lockout guide for business owners.
Need a commercial locksmith? Call (904) 509-0907 or text us about your door. We're available Mon & Fri 7 AM–2 PM and Tue & Thu 7 AM–6 PM.
How we work
No surprises. No scare tactics.
Locksmith scams follow a pattern. Here is how we do the opposite, on every job.
-
Upfront price on the phone
Tell us what's going on and we quote the total before we drive out. If something on site changes the job, we explain why and you approve the new price before we start.
-
ID check before we open
Before we open a door, we check your ID and something that ties you to the address or vehicle, like a lease, bill or registration. It protects you as much as it protects us.
-
Courtesy call and marked arrival
We call when we're on the way and arrive in a vehicle marked with our name. The person you talked to on the phone is the business that shows up, not a subcontractor.
-
Non-destructive entry first
Most lockouts open by picking or bypass tools, with no damage. We only drill as a last resort, and only after you agree to it and the cost.
-
Itemized invoice
When the work is done you get an itemized invoice with our business name on it. It matches the price you agreed to, with no surprise fees added at the door.
-
Local and owner-operated
When you call, you reach a local business based in the 32258 area, not a national call center that sells your job to whoever is closest.

Frequently asked questions
Do you give quotes before commercial locksmith work?
Yes. For lockouts and small repairs, we give you the price on the phone before we come out. For larger jobs, such as a master key system or new hardware on several doors, we do a walk-through first and give you a written quote listing each door and lock. Nothing is added without your OK.
Can you work before or after our business hours?
Often, yes, within our hours. Many businesses want lock work done before opening so customers and staff aren't disturbed. We're available Mon & Fri 7 AM–2 PM and Tue & Thu 7 AM–6 PM. For early starts, book a day ahead and we'll take the first slot of the day.
Are high-security locks worth it for a small business?
Often, yes, on the doors that matter most: the front entrance, the office with the safe or records, and the stock room. High-security cylinders from brands like Medeco and Mul-T-Lock resist picking and bumping, and their keys can't be copied at a hardware store. You don't need them on every interior door.
What should a business do with the locks after moving into a new space?
Rekey every exterior door and any office or storage room with valuables on the first day. Past tenants, contractors and cleaning crews may still have keys. Rekeying keeps your existing hardware and costs far less than replacing it. It's also a good time to set up a simple master key system.
