What to have ready when you call
A few details help us give you an exact price and arrival time on the first call:
- Where you are. A street address, a cross street or a landmark such as a shopping center or parking garage.
- What's wrong. Locked out, key broken off, lock won't turn, lost the only key, or you want locks rekeyed or changed.
- For cars: the year, make and model, and whether the keys are locked inside the car or in the trunk.
- For homes and businesses: how many doors, and the brand of lock if you can see it (Schlage, Kwikset and so on).
- A photo, if you can. A quick photo of the lock, key or door edge often answers questions before we arrive.
When we get there, we'll ask for ID and proof you live there or own the vehicle, such as a lease, utility bill or registration. If the proof is locked inside, tell us on the phone and we'll work it out.
Working hours and call hours
Our working hours are Mon & Fri 7 AM–2 PM · Tue & Thu 7 AM–6 PM · Wed, Sat & Sun closed. We answer calls and quote requests Mon–Fri 7 AM–9 PM, even when we're not out on jobs, and we can schedule work outside our working hours. Outside call hours, send a text or the quote form with your address and what's going on, and we'll reply when calls open again. The open-or-closed status at the top of this page is always current.
If anyone is in danger, such as a child or pet locked in a hot car, call 911 first, then call us.

Can I text you instead of calling?
Yes. Texting works well when you can't talk or when a photo helps, such as for a key, a lock brand or a damaged door. Send your address and what's happening to our number, and we'll reply with a price and arrival time. Texts sent outside our hours get a reply when we open. For a lockout, calling is still the quickest.
How fast will you reply to the quote form?
During call hours (Mon–Fri 7 AM–9 PM), usually within minutes, by phone or text. Requests sent outside those hours are answered when calls open again. If you're locked out, call (904) 509-0907 instead of using the form.
Can I book an appointment for a later day?
Yes. Rekeys, lock changes, lock repairs and smart lock installs are easy to schedule. Call or text with the job and a couple of times that work for you, and we'll confirm a time and the price before the visit.
