How arrival times work in a city this big
Jacksonville covers more land than any other city in the lower 48 states, and the St. Johns River runs right through it. A drive from Bartram Park to Mandarin is short. A drive to Jacksonville Beach or across the Buckman or Fuller Warren Bridge at rush hour is not.
So instead of a one-size promise, we give you a real arrival window when you call, based on your address, the time of day and traffic on I-95, I-295 and JTB. Typical arrival: Most of Jacksonville in 20–45 minutes. If we can't reach you quickly, we'll tell you before you wait on us.
Local conditions we plan for
Each part of town has its own lock problems. Near the ocean, salt air corrodes low-grade hardware within a few years. Older homes in San Marco and Riverside often have original mortise locks worth repairing instead of replacing. And across the city, summer humidity swells wood doors until deadbolts stop lining up with the strike plate. Our area pages cover what we see in each neighborhood, and our door lock repair page explains the humidity fix.

Frequently asked questions
Do you serve St. Johns County?
Yes, the northern part. We regularly work in Bartram Park, Julington Creek, Fruit Cove, Nocatee and Ponte Vedra Beach, which are all close to our base in 32258. For St. Augustine and farther south, call first and we'll give you an honest arrival time before you book.
What if I'm outside your usual area?
Call or text with your address anyway. Depending on the job and the time of day, we may still be able to come, or we'll tell you straight away that someone closer can help you faster. Scheduled jobs, like rekeying a whole house, are easier to fit in farther out than an urgent lockout.
Not sure if we cover your street?
Call or text with your ZIP code. If we can't get there fast, we'll tell you straight away.
