These terms apply to jaxlocksmithsolutions.com (the "site"), which is run by Jax Locksmith Solutions LLC ("Jax Locksmith Solutions," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company based in Jacksonville, Florida. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it and print pages for your own use. Please don't copy our text or images to publish elsewhere, try to break or overload the site, send spam through our forms, or use automated tools to collect personal information from it.

The guides, FAQs and tips on this site are general information to help you understand locks, keys and home security. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and they are not legal advice. Laws change, and every lock, door and vehicle is different. Before acting on anything that has legal consequences, such as changing locks on a rental property, check with an attorney or the proper authority.
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors. Arrival times, hours and availability shown on the site are typical, not guaranteed, and can change with traffic, weather and demand.

Quotes and prices
- Prices depend on the job, the lock or vehicle, the location and the time of day. Any price or range on the site is a general guide, not an offer.
- A quote we give by phone, text or email is based on what you tell us. If the job turns out different when we arrive, for example a different lock, extra doors or a damaged door, we'll explain the change and give you a new price. We won't do the extra work unless you agree.
- The quote form on the site is a request for a quote. It doesn't book a job until we confirm it with you.
- Payment is due when the work is finished unless we agree otherwise in writing.
ID, ownership and refusing a job
To protect you and the public, we check ID and proof that you live at the property or own the vehicle before we open a lock, rekey a lock or make a key. We may refuse or stop any job if we can't reasonably confirm you're authorized, if the job appears unlawful, or if the site isn't safe to work at. Giving us false information about who you are or your right to a property is against the law, and you are responsible for the consequences.
Our work
We use non-destructive methods first, and we tell you before any step that could damage a lock or door, such as drilling. Old, worn, corroded or previously damaged locks can fail during normal work. We'll explain the risk when we see it, but we aren't responsible for damage caused by a lock's existing condition.
If you supply your own lock or hardware, we'll install it, but its quality and any manufacturer warranty are between you and the maker. Our lock installations are backed by a 5-year money-back guarantee. If something isn't right with work we did, call us so we can look at it.
Claims, statistics and reviews
Figures shown on the site, such as the number of locks installed or customers served, and statements about response times are approximate. They describe our past work and are not a promise about any future job.
Reviews on the site are the opinions of our customers, copied from Google as they wrote them. They are not written or edited by us.
Brands and trademarks
Lock, vehicle and product names mentioned on the site, such as Schlage, Kwikset, Medeco, Ford or Toyota, belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe the products we work on. We are an independent locksmith and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless we say so.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Jax Locksmith Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on information on it. The site is provided "as is." Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that can't be limited, or our responsibility for our own negligence in the work we do for you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
