We focus on locks and keys. We don't open or service safes, and we don't install security cameras or alarm systems. If your job needs one of those trades, we'll tell you on the phone instead of sending someone out.

Should I rekey my locks or replace them?
Rekey if the locks work well and you just want old keys to stop working. Replace them if they're worn, damaged, low quality, or you want a different style, a higher security grade or a smart lock. Rekeying costs less because you keep the hardware. We'll tell you honestly which one your doors need.
Can you do the work the same day?
Usually, yes, if you call during our hours. Lockouts get priority, and most rekeys and lock repairs can be done the same day you call, often in the same visit. Special-order hardware, such as some high-security cylinders, can take a few days, and we tell you that up front.
Locked out or need a lock fixed?
