When you call Jax Locksmith Solutions, the person who picks up and the person who shows up is usually the same one: Gino. He runs the business and does the locksmith work himself, from car lockouts to rekeying a house the day you get the keys. The company has served Jacksonville since 2012, and most of our reviews mention him by name.
What customers say about working with Gino
We'd rather let customers describe him than write a list of adjectives. Here is what comes up again and again in our Google reviews:
- He's quick. One driver wrote that it "took him 15 seconds to unlock the car." Others describe "same day service" and "speedy service."
- He's careful. The same customer added, "No scratches." We open locks with picks and bypass tools made for the job, not pry bars.
- He's fair. Reviewers call the price "great" and "reasonable."
- He shows up when it counts. One new homeowner closed on a house and needed the locks changed the same day. Gino had a full day of jobs, and he still fit them in. Another family got locked out when a power outage knocked out their phone-controlled garage. He got them inside.
- He's easy to deal with. "No robot on the phone." "Very personable." "Great customer service." You talk to a real person who knows locks.

How Gino works
Gino keeps the same habits on every job. You get the full price on the phone before we drive out, and we confirm it before any work starts. Before we open a home, car or business, we check ID and proof that you live there or own it. We use non-destructive entry first and only drill a lock as a last resort, with your OK.
He also gives straight advice. If a rekey will do the job, he won't sell you new locks. If a lock is worn out, he'll tell you and show you why, so you can decide.
The work he does
Most days are a mix of house lockouts, car lockouts, rekeying for people who just moved in, door lock repairs and lock changes. He also cuts spare house keys, removes broken keys, and handles business locks. The services page has the full list.
Where you'll find him
We're based in the 32258 area near Bartram Park, so Mandarin, Southside, Julington Creek and the JTB corridor are closest. Gino also covers San Marco, Riverside, Orange Park, Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville Beach. See the areas we serve.
Need Gino? Call (904) 509-0907 or text a photo of the lock. We're available Mon & Fri 7 AM–2 PM and Tue & Thu 7 AM–6 PM.
